We are all whole

We are all whole. We are. But we think that we are not. And as a consequence, we are wasting our energy in trying to complete what feels incomplete, going into resolving whatever feels not right about us.

When we feel that we are not good enough, we will strive to do great things to change that (high achievers), when we feel not belonging we will always try to please and fit in, compromising on ourselves. When we feel that we are insignificant or invisible, we will never ask for what we want.

As long as we focus on not feeling whole, we will seek validation from outside, from others. Instead of going for what we truly want.

And I am saying it again: as long as we are not aware of these dynamics, we compensate instead of going for our goals, for our hearts, for what we are meant to do and live.

It is a structural dynamic. And it can be interrupted. In fact it has to be.

Living from a higher orientation, identifying the sabotaging voice in your head without getting sucked into it, is not easy but it is simple.

Remember that you are whole and that any other voice in your head is not telling the truth!

“You don’t need another person, place or thing to make you whole. God already did that. Your job is to know it” – Maya Angelou
